By downloading, installing, or using the Protein Tracker app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Protein Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their daily protein intake. The App allows you to:

• Log protein consumption throughout the day
• Set daily protein goals
• View your protein intake history
• Monitor your progress toward your goals

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the App
• You are responsible for determining appropriate protein intake goals for your individual needs
• You acknowledge that the App is a tracking tool only and does not provide nutritional advice
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in the App

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your dietary needs
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the App
• If you have or suspect you may have a health problem, consult a healthcare professional

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Protein Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of data stored in the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information provided by the App
• Any health decisions you make based on data tracked in the App

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
